Shipping Policy

Impression Kit orders and all other non-custom Smileins products are fulfilled within 2 business days of the purchase.  Holidays are not business days. Expected delivery times for all shipments are 10-15 business days from the shipping date.

Once your Treatment Preview is approved, our team goes to work manufacturing each of your custom aligners. We will make every effort to get your aligners shipped so you can get started on your new smile as fast as possible. Your aligners will ship out in 2-6 weeks from when your aligners were approved. Once approved, they are not eligible for a refund. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Retainers are custom-made products and take 2-5 weeks to ship.
